What this is
Audit My Ticket is self-help software for San Francisco parking tickets. It reads your ticket, compares it with public City records, helps you collect evidence, and assembles a protest letter and exhibits from your answers. You review the package and file it with SFMTA yourself.
What it is not
- Not a law firm, and not legal advice. No attorney reviews your package.
- No promise of any outcome. SFMTA decides every protest.
- Not affiliated with the City of San Francisco or SFMTA. Filing a protest directly with SFMTA is free.
Your responsibilities
- Everything you submit must be true. Don't add evidence you didn't take or that has been altered.
- Check the package before you file it, and file before SFMTA's deadline.
- City records can be incomplete or change. We show where each record came from and when we retrieved it.
Price and refunds
The package costs a one-time fee per ticket, shown before you pay. There is no subscription. You can correct and re-download it for free while your ticket is stored (90 days). If the package fails to generate or is unusable because of an error on our side, email [email protected] within 30 days and we'll refund you.
